Started the year off with some PBs.... Bench: 140kg @ 89kg Bodyweight Deadlift: 200kg @89kg Bodyweight (Squat not shown was done a few weeks ago @ 160kg) Bench was up from 125kg and Deadlift up from 170kg @ 86kg Bodyweight just under a year ago when I last tested. Happy with the progress especially after comp season but now I need to use these numbers as a base to increase even more, get a better Bodyweight to 1RM ratio which I feel is still pretty low and is just one of my personal goals for the year (Squat especially) Have you assessed your goals or still working on current goals and targets??
