HandsOn Central California, a small local nonprofit, operates the Fresno Water Tower for the City of Fresno who closed it due to budget constraints in 2011. The water tower costs are more than the Art by Hand gift store can support –so FOOD TRUCKS TO THE RESCUE –the fees paid by the food trucks after costs will benefit water tower Operations.
