State Youth Secretary of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Shamim Ganai Wednesday said the new recruitment policy formulated by the present coalition government will be quashed if Peoples Democratic Party comes to power in the state. While addressing various meetings in Mandi tehsil, Ganai said: “The new recruitment policy is a big joke with the educated youth of this state and due to this policy an educated youth remains dependent over his parents even after getting a job”. He said the policy is anti- youth and has become a cause of worry for the youth of the entire state. “So it will be quashed once PDP comes into power after 2014 Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir”. Ganai also appealed the locals of the area to support PDP in the coming parliamentary as well as assembly elections “so that with good results in its favour, party can serve all the three regions of Jammu and Kashmir”. Ganai alleged that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has failed to provide good governance to the people of J&K “and people are eagerly waiting for Mufti Sayeed to be at the helm again as only he can deliver justice to all”.
