State of Louisiana.... No Books @ predominately black schools... St. Louis Missouri schools in the middle of what looks like a bombed out warzone... Big ups to the kids that do get through the "Mindfield"... St. Louis DID just litigate in court, that kids at unacreditated schools CAN/WILL/& MAY transfer out of district to an Accredidated school @ the St. Louis City School Districts Expense.... On another sad note... There were over 1,300 overdoses of youth on Heroin here in St. Louis in over a year... So much work to be done..... Yet no one is hiring nor applying for the job...
