Stationery bike for 5 min warm-up at 15 mph - rode 15 min at 45 mph; treadmill at 2.1 mph for 15 min & cool down at 1.5 for five minutes and stretched out calves, hamstrings, buttocks, quads, and small of the back for 15 min Ate tuna, four low fat low sodium saltine crackers, carrots, cauliflower, grapes, celery, cantaloupe, cherry tomatoes, fresh pineapple, and a small bit of Gouda cheese an hour later with 16 ounces of water. Im taking this getting well and in shape seriously. Gonna shut it down for the evening.
