Stay active eventhough balik kampung makan tak hengatt!! Done workout for today again at beach #2 Burpee variations for strength and cardio * * after each round of burpees set, i alternate it with 1km running ( this is one set) i do it for 2 sets... took me almost 1 hour to complete.. its really challenging because of the thick sand.. another resistance to body... and im really enjoyed this workout ... have fun!!
