Stayed up hours last night thinking about these mothers who kill their children. The woman who drove her kids into the ocean, this one locally who drowned her kids.... Perhaps I am extra sensitive since I have held one of my children while they died wishing that it was not that way but... What the hell is wrong with these people. Yes, being a mother is extremely difficult! Yes, we all have days where we break down. Yes, we all have days were our kids drive us bonkers and we have to walk away for a bit. But what kind of person can sit on their submerged child who is no doubt struggling and in distress and continue to the point their child dies??? I see my kids cry or hurt and my adrenaline kicks in and I rush to their aid. I just dont understand. If you truly cant handle your children then give them to someone who can. I have friends who long to be a parent, something that God has not granted them yet, give them a chance! Get yourself help people, talk to someone, dont kill the innocent there are plenty of other things out there that take children everyday from people who want their kids, and take care of them.
