Steer clear of aboriginal legal aid solicitors, i swear they get paid to get you to plead guilty on all matters guilty or not, sista girl goes to court today ova a petty matter (offensive conduct) second mention and suprise a different solicitor shows up and guess wat he wants her to plead guilty to get it dealt with quicker sista girl instructs him to put a not guilty plea in, and wat does the maggot do he chucks a hissie fit and proceeds to pack his shit and withdraw himself from her matter, he then goes into court and tells them sista girl dismissed him, magistrate then informs sista girl wen she asks for adjournment that he will go ahead and proceed with her case without her having legal representation and she would have to defend herself, sista girl was so distressed by now that i had to take her to the doctor who diagnosed acute anxiety, well a medical certificate was issued and back to court we go, then to top things off here i am talking for her in court to hand ova medical certifacte, adjournment granted, thank god for that not aboriginal legal aid, no wander the jails have a big percentage of our ppl wen ya got gronks who dnt give two shits about their clients, wat happened to everyone has a right to legal representinon, NEVER WAS AND NEVER WILL BE JUSTICE FOR ABORIGINAL CLIENTS....
