Instance a (hole) leaves a bad taste in the mouth, let alone who knows what impressions Amadeus got from some random ranting right next to him, and could have been avoided if facts were gathered before making assumptions. Instance b (polite) took less time out of every ones evening and left everyone feeling good about themselves. Dont be that jerk people.
