Has been declining rapidly and significantly since his time at the shelter. Jojo is currently kenneled with another dog and is fine, until someone comes within eyesight of him. He then starts to react, snipping at the other dog in his kennel. He needs out NOW. Jojo needs a quiet environment, with an experienced, patient handler, where he can decompress. Please share Jojo!
