Steve English, My nephew and his wife own a gym in Brighton, IL and Amy is fantastic trainer! This a program she is sharing and has been very beneficial to many in their area! To answer your question, if I was doing this, No! But I do workout several times a week. My workouts are built around a program concerning P.A.D. 3 years ago, I couldnt walk 100-150 feet without debilitating pain. Today, using this program and the help of excellent trainers, nurses and doctors, I have increased my distance to approximately 1-1.25 miles!
