Steve Spafford is trending. He may be gone but he wont be forgotten. Whether you knew him directly or indirectly this Thanksgiving, which was his favourite holiday and this year would have been his 57th birthday, we are all thankful he was in our lives. He will live through Jeff, Karlee, Nick, Chad Cox, Jeremy Cox and his other children I dont have as Facebook friends. We all have something that will remind us of him. Whether its football, golf, cooking, basketball, baseball, music, playing board games, playing road trip games in the car, having wrestle nights with your kids and many others but the one that will pass from him to me and after me is the Spirit of Christmas. My dad was always jolly. My dad was always giving. He made people around him feel as if they were the most important person in the room. I could go on forever talking about my dad and I know my family and especially my kids will know who my father was and what he stood for. It is what it is and everything happens for a reason, whether its fair or not its how we look at it and what we do with it that defines us My dad had a good attitude and fought til the end.
