Steve Wilson announced his resignation today after 14 years as the Artistic Director of Denver’s Phamaly Theatre Company, which for 25 years has exclusively provided opportunities to actors with disabilities. Wilson, a graduate of the Denver Center’s National Theatre Conservatory, oversaw the internationally acclaimed company’s annual summer musical held at the DCPA’s Space Theatre, while expanding year-round programming to as many as six offerings a year. A national search will be conducted for his replacement.
