Steven Mayer, MD, Cadence Physician Group Orthopeadics is on-site today at the Batavia Triathlon. Look for the Cadence Health tent. Stop by if you have a question about a pre- or post-event ache or injury. After the race, make sure to take several minutes to stretch, especially the hamstrings, calves and quadriceps. Cadence Health will have massage therapists available at the finish line party for those who need help. Athletic trainers will also be on hand at the medical tent for those with significant pain or cramping.
