Still Looking for 6-11 year old participants in the Ormond/Daytona Beach area. Had a great response but still need more volunteers for a disability knowledge/awareness study to complete my graduate thesis project. It takes approximately and hour and I will work around your schedule. It entails a pre-questionnaire to gain insight into the childs knowledge and awareness and then some simulated disability games to increase awareness with the overall goal of increasing acceptance and inclusion of children in mainstream schooling in teacher promoted and spontaneous play within and outside the school environment. Please consider this wisely as it provides insight to all of our children s development.
