Ella Plunkett continues to race at the National Age Groups in Dublin Lauren Hew is preparing well in Canada and will compete in the Canadian Nationals in Montreal as from July 24th Geoffrey Butler, Lara Butler and David Ebanks (our recent CIASA Breaststroke record holder) will compete at the British National in Sheffield which also begin on July 24th. Take a couple of days to compose yourself... then get Fired Up again! Cayman Swimming...whooshhhhhhhhh!
