Still a fair bit of low cloudiness out there which has prevented a big temp. drop this evening...the wind is up though, so wind chills are below zero and will go to a general 10° to -20° range overnight into Fri AM, lower in the higher elevations. Clouds should thin out allowing a temp drop to 0 to -5° in general, colder spots closer to -10°, and as low as -25° in the Adks. Sunshine and patchy clouds Fri, breezy, quiet, low to mid teens, then snowy on Sat as a front/clipper moves through. Like last Sat. the snow will be somewhat patchy in nature leading to variable accums..generally 1-3, up to 5 or 6 @ Elevation. More Bitter air may have down to 0 or close Sun AM, then mid teens...more nuisance light snow/snow showers Sun night, Mon AM...then more bitter cold air to follow into next week.
