Still continuing to look like a cold, rainy, windy and potentially snowy (at night) Halloween. Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph along with possible rain or rain mixed with snow, temps in the 30s during normal trick-or-treat hours will make it feel very unpleasant, and isnt a good idea for kids to be out in. Not only could they become sick, but winds of that magnitude could be dangerous. Ive not yet heard of changes to the day or time of trick-or-treating, but if I do I will post.
