Still glowing from Tuesday nights 6 hour set for Tutu Tuesdays 6 year anniversary. While it wasnt my first marathon set (I think my longest was 12 hours at Panda Lounge @ Burning Man in 2011), it was my first extended set in over a year, so Tuesday night was a nice reminder how great it feels. Playing for so long injects a completely new exciting aspect to the artform. I felt like I could carefully pace the night the way I wanted it to go rather than feeling rushed to get from stylistic point A to point B. I could build a deeper relationship with the audience, too. Truth be told, 6 hours wasnt enough - how the hell am I supposed to go back to tiny 2 sets after this?
