Still hungry after 50 years of independence! This is an anomaly and the greatest tragedy the country must mourn. Most Malawians are still living in abject poverty and starvation! Malnutriton still ranks higher, yet government and NGOs have yearly claimed to have improved the situation. To avert this shameful and tragic situation, Victor Mughogho, Executive Director of Eagles Relief and chaiperson of the Right to Food Platform, believes legal framework on the subject would reverse this appaling situation.
