Still in Awe of this Leadership Conference with Rolando & Lucy Figuieras these past couple of days Ive learned so much! Im also thankful for my Pastor that has a vision for Cornerstone Church . When a Pastor is given a vision, we need to be like David, a man strong in battle, so that we can help our Pastor with the vision he has. Unfortunately in todays world, there is deprecation between leaders, but Real leadership works & is cut and pruned for the edification of the temple. So, as leaders we cannot allow a gap or separation between us because it will allow destruction to come in! As a leader, there is GREAT RESPONSIBILITY ......so remember , when your Pastor corrects you, he is merely building up your character and the way we handle situations, determines what kind of character we are
