Still no return phone call from the head OnStar guy in Detroit , Last week Monday and Tuesday I left voice mails, eventually having jumped several hurdles at OS request trying to get the OS unit to respond to the OS app on my phone they finally sent up a new replacement OS device , and still the problems persist , I finally found out that the OS app on my phone is defective , despite me having deleted and downloaded it about 10 times, it is in fact a known fault , the guys at the GM dealership did not even know , its only talking to people on these forums that I found out that its a known problem, the OS guy in Detroit could have told me , I found out that the district manager ( Wasilla/Alaska) knew of the problem but did not inform my dealership , so is this a secret GM are keeping from its customers , is it particular to Volts for some reason? I have asked this before , but Ill ask it again, does you OS app on your phone work, properly , mostly , or seldom at all , mine usually responds with all sorts of error messages and only occasionally responds correctly.
