Still on the search for a Commercial Maintenance Tech....... Part Time position available for a qualified Commercial Maintenance Technician in the Nashville Area. Duties include, but are not limited to: •Routine inspection of exterior building and grounds to include rooftops, landscaping and exterior lighting •Troubleshoot and repair electrical switches and outlets •Perform interior lighting maintenance repairs and upgrades to include bulb and live ballast changes •Repair basic plumbing issues to include flush valves, bathroom faucets, drinking fountains, drains, and water heaters •Perform maintenance and repairs to door hardware to include locks, handles, closers, and mag locks •Address issues with fire notification and detection devices •Utilize trade skills such as basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair •Complete daily maintenance work orders •Maintain grounds to include sweeping, leaf blowing or snow/ice removal from sidewalk areas •Other duties as assigned by Property Manager * Must be able to work well with tenants and outside vendors/contractors. * Must have reliable transportation suitable for transporting parts and equipment * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Must reside within a 25 mile radius of the Airport Area and Metro Center * Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
