Still struggling to find the words to sum up my trip. Absolutely gutted to be home from Malawi, such a beautiful place filled with the most friendly and humble people. Seeing how they go about their lives without the day to day privileges weve been lucky enough to be born into has been as cliche as it sounds, life changing. Thanks to everyone who donated to me for making this trip possible and Jane Maguire for creating such a special opportunity for us in such a short time - Working with the Celtic FC Foundation, Marys meals and all you other belter volunteers has been superb - Thank you!! In our time there 6 schools were transformed from bare dark classrooms to bright rooms covered in educational murals that will last for years to come. A latrine was also built at one of the schools with no sanitation and over £10,000 was donated to Marys Meals from our fundraising efforts and your kind-hearts. Teary again, The warm heart of Africa. . . Ill be back!
