Stop Increase of Salary of Public Servants- In India, Public Servants are getting much more salary than they actually deserve. Most resoures of the country are being exploited for the pleasure and satisfaction of the Public Servants (along with MPs and Ministers). It has amounted to what is called a politico-bureaucratic exploitation. It is more dangerous than capitaism. I have discovered this mechanism of politico-bureaucratic exploitation and its different implications. First the Central or Union govt increases salary of central employees. It is no burden for Cnter, since financial power and resources are conentrated at the Centre. Then the impact of such increase comes upon the state govts also. State govts are compelled to accomodate the demand of pay-hike inspite of financial constraints. Thus most resoures of the country are being spent for the comfort and satisfaction of the Public Servants. The poor and needy people are remaining outside decent living. The Planning Commission has fixed Rs 26 for rual and Rs 32 for urban, per day income as criterion for determining Poverty Line. Whereas a Secretary rank officer is getting Rs 80 thousand per month (2600 per day). There are 4 lakh such Secretary rank officer across the country. That is amazing India (mera bharat mahan).
