Stop on by Hola! Mexican Restaurant tonight in Belmont for a bunch of jamming fun. Im the featured guest, and will do a short set with the house band about halfway thru the evening. This is always a welcoming and fun jam, run by Dave Moreno & Gayle Sutherland. Dave is my bud from the late 80s, when I moved here from the Chicago burbs, and was moving toward more singing and guitar playing (as opposed to primarily keys & sax in Chicago). Dave was the bass player for the Wednesday night jam at Route 66, Burlingame, and always gave me a nice push to sing the tunes I was working on.
