Stop pretending you know me Because nobody does. I have secrets that still lurk in the shadows Some have come into the light But I refuse to let everything out of the darkness. If you knew what I go through everyday, I would be granted every good thing in the world To make an attempt to cover the bad in my life. Constantly I survive the hate that goes on. I am living in World War III Except the battle is between me and the ones I once loved I might even say I despise them now. Always I am seeking advice To silent my cries of help But the cries themselves are not heard. This world we live in hears only what pleases the ear And sees only what pleases the eye.
