Stop strictly blaming mainstream for wack music like there is no garbage ass music in the underground. lol. Although some of our favorite artists may be underground, lets be honest, 90% of underground is trash. Thats why it has remained underground for so long & odds are youll never hear most of it, or get the chance to criticize it because its not good enough to get played on the radio 24/7 like mainstream music is....Also, guess what eventually happens to most QUALITY artists who start off underground? They eventually go on to gain a mainstream audience. Ex: Lupe Fiasco, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Yelawolf, Macklemore, Young Jeezy, etc... True. There is meaningless,repetitive, bad mainstream music, but also some amazing classics. You know whos a mainstream artist? -Stevie wonder -Bruno Mars -Janelle Monae -Michael Jackson -Adele -Sam Smith -John Legend -Nas -Lauryn Hill -Gary Clark Jr. -Pharell/N.E.R.D -Slipknot -The Beatles -Bob Marley we could go on for days. Should we take away from how amazing they are for not being underground? As a true fan of music I would never limit myself from some awesome tunage because of how commercially successful it is. Sometimes I wonder if kids are just hating on stuff theyve never even heard because they think its the cool thing to do. Lol. I refuse to be that closed minded. I like what I like & theres nothing wrong with that. #ShrugLife lol. People just love to have something to bash. Quit trying to put a label on everything & just let the vibes move you. Support the artists you love. Good music is good music, above or below ground. Dont be brainwashed by the mainstream OR THE UNDERGROUND EITHER. lol. #3Hlifestyle No boxes.
