Stop thinking of food in terms of good or bad. Begin thinking of food in terms of short term and long term satisfaction. A little bit of this, a whole lot of that. And preferably a minimum of an hour a day spent exercising. Gardening is exercise. So is taking out the trash. But what daily time sucker can you delete from your life to add in one hour per day of self love? Exercise not only increases,longevity, but how much you enjoy it.
