Stop what you are doing. Drop everything. You need to know that 70 years ago today, boys aged 18 thru 21 took part in one of the largest invasions in American history, turning the tide of the second world war, and turning all those boys into cold rolled steel hardened men. I asked you to stop what you are doing, not to remember our triumph as a nation prevailing in World War II, but to remember all of the young promising lads that sacrificed their lives going in to win it for us.
