Stopping The Curser 21 Jan, 2015 Breaking the Curse Can someone put you under a curse? Can someone practicing witchcraft put a curse on your life even if you are a believer? The answer is yes, but its not someone practicing witchcraft or even the evil one. The person who can put a curse on your life is-- you! Remember Balaam who tried to curse Israel, but couldnt? Yet a curse came upon Israel, but not from the outside, but from Israel itself. When Israel turned away from God and to sin, they were cursed. Likewise, if you live in sin or in bitterness, un-forgiveness, anger, self-centeredness, pride, anxiety, fear, hatred, worldliness or carnality, then you are already putting a curse on your life. So stop any curse by dealing with the real culprit--you! Renounce the sin, the bitterness, the un-forgiveness or anything else and turn back to God. In God there is only blessing. If you dwell in Him, and walk in His light, every weapon formed against you shall not prosper, and will come to nothing. For God is greater than the enemy, and the blessings of salvation are stronger than any curse. Mission: Break away from any un-forgiveness, selfish or sinful ways in your life today. Dwell in Gods shining glory. Break the curse and receive His blessings on you. Deuteronomy 30:19-20 19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: 20 That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them. I call Heaven and Earth to witness against you today: I place before you Life and Death, Blessing and Curse. Choose life so that you and your children will live. And love God, your God, listening obediently to him, firmly embracing him. Oh yes, he is life itself, a long life settled on the soil that God, your God, promised to give your ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Work on it If there’s a problem, work on it. Instead of wishing there was no problem, or complaining, feeling sorry for yourself, or running away from the problem, work on it. Sooner or later youre going to have to work on it. So make it sooner, and get the problem behind you. If there’s something you would like to create in your life, work on it. Work on it, and bring it out of the realm of fantasy into the living reality of your world. Any situation can be improved when you work on it. Though it does indeed seem simple and obvious, you always benefit by reminding yourself to work on it.You dont have to remain stuck, or frustrated, discouraged or ineffective. Work on it, and feel the unique joy of making real progress. Life is a blessing, and in countless ways you can make it even more so. Work on it, and discover again and again how much good you can do. Inner Beauty “Wow…that’s beautiful!” Is either a cry or a thought when faced with the mountain sunset, a spectacular view or a well formed man or woman. But where is the beauty, where is the appreciation of beauty, where is the ability to discern beauty? It is within our own consciousness. For the essence of who and what we are is beauty itself. The essence of beauty is not found in the body, a face or a mountain – they only stir the essence of beauty within our own spirit. And that beauty is not only something we taste within ourselves, but it emerges in our character as virtue, and in our life as care. For what is virtue, but love in action. The next time you say, “That’s beautiful!” know that you speak of yourself, and it is you who are beautiful. Always were, always will be.
