Maybe he just wants to tell you how he chewed thru the thing they tied to his collar, as if that would have kept him from straying. He is safe from starving or getting hurt in the road now, at the Shelter, but he is still at risk of death. Ideally, he will walk out with a new owner or a Rescue on Tuesday.
