Stormy ★ This fellow might be better in a home all by himself. He went on a trial this weekend and although he got along fine with a female dog, he was just a bit too much and hyper (perhaps alpha) for the familys male dog. He also wanted to get the cat. We know this puts him in grave danger, even though he is already vetted/neutered and heartworm negative. Pretty sure once the male hormones leave more, it will be better. But he dont have time to wait! He will go back to the Shelter when they open and not only is he one of the longest residents, this only pet status puts him in even more danger. This means that most Rescues wont rescue. It would take training and special accommodations, when there are easier dogs. But surely there are homes out there that only want one active dog?
