Story: Alice Chang ordered this palette from me last week pa ata? Tas kanina lang nya natanggap. Ishipped it na super balot ng bubble wrap to secure the item coz I know fragile sya. Ive been shipping make up palettes for months na and ngaun lang nagkaroon ng ganitong case. - sealed and very much secure yung package and Alice said it so herself. Question; Would i be held liable for this matter, when I already have done my part securing it? coz the problem might have occurred nung dineliver sya. Meaning, maari kasing ang nakasira yung rider? :( And what do you think is the best way to deal with such problem. Kasi ayoko dn na malugi si buyer at ako dn. kaht ganyan gsto ko pa dn naman kc na mapakinabangan ng buyer ko ung order nya. I just need ur opinion pra alam ko ung BEST MOVE..
