Clean and successful Students in Afghan schools? 10 million+, up from 1 million before the American-led invasion Economic growth? 10% per year, arguably the fastest growing economy in the world Afghan security forces? stronger than ever and still improving al-Qaeda? Moving to other countries. Verdict: A victory for mankind, for the many countries who sacrificed for this, the Obama Administration, and the Bush Administration. Caveat: Highly expensive to Americas global image and finances. Question: Can we take what weve learned in Afghanistan and apply it to other nations, like Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, or Somalia?
