#StoryTime along with video - • So my boys Michael & Jesse walk through the door ready for their lesson, as soon as they walk in Michael says: We have a present for you but you cant see it yet... I laughed & said ok..! We go down to the lesson room, I start setting up & all of a sudden a FENDER hat & keychain miraculously show up on my desk. Im blown away...! This was a product of fun, loving trickery..! I was asked earlier by their mom what kind of guitar I played, and what I thought the best electric Guitar was for the boys as a surprise. My response... To be honest I dont put much stock in labels/brands. My approach is if it has strings & it feels good Ill play it...! I think the boys will be happy with whatever you get them at this level. She said: Well what do you think of fender? I said I play a few...! Great guitars - Strat was my first... Low & behold, I now have this Fender hat Im wearing in the video & a key chain to go with it...! Little reminders... With receiving a gesture like this, it filled my cup & I felt compelled to ask the boys what they wanted to do for the lesson... Jesse wanted to play guitar & Michael wanted to hangout... So Rock, Paper, Scissors began best outa 3.... Jesse won...! He used his executive decision to hang out with us... Thats brotherly love... Beautiful thing. So as soon as this happens I start thinking to myself.. Now.. how do I take a picture with the boys to tell this story without taking a good ol selfie...? I know...! Lets put up the iPhone, take video of a few moments then get a screen shot of us smiling or making faces from a frame or two... Brilliant...! Then this happened... Sometimes our initial thought or goal turns into something divergent & awesome beyond intention. - Hope you enjoy our little hangout session. My boys crack me up, Im very thankful for the gifts, but these moments are priceless. Very proud of my boys, Ill always have their back #ChillSession #GoodTimes #Students #Comedians P.S.
