Strange! If you break the rules, fess-up, show remorse you get "time off for good behaviour," assisted back to the comminuity, if you behave, follow the rules, best you can, owe nothing, you get bugger all, perhaps a good feeling! Who gets the "Carrot," who gets the "Stick?" "Never had a driving accident in my life," reward? Grumbled at as a dodery old pensioner on wheels, "Never should be allowed on the road!"
