Strategic Discussions for Nebraska volume 5 features a number of articles discussing the reseach of Department of Food Science and Technology faculty. The magazine is written by senior students as a capstone course in communicating research on a different topic every year. This years topic is entitled, High Tech: The Future of Sustainable Agriculture. The research of Dr. Joe Baumert, Dr. Harshavardahan Thippareddi, Dr. Richard Goodman, Dr. Andrew Benson, Dr. Devin Rose, Dr. Amanda Ramer-Tait , and Dr. Bing Wang are discussed in the magazine.
