Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations Course (STICO) May 3 and 4, 2014 (Saturday and Sunday); 8:00 AM starting time Henry County Emergency Training Center at 1024 DuPont Road This course is specifically designed for newly appointed Company Officer and is an excellent review for experienced Company Officer. Firefighters who may have acting Company Officer responsibilities and Firefighters who want to become Company Officers will benefit from the program. STICO is designed to meet the needs of Company Officers responsible for managing the operations of one or more companies during structural firefighting operations. STICO is designed to develop the management skills needed by company officers to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires.
