The violence in the city is just out of control, said the 58-year-old father of four. Ive been following the shootings, and its just getting crazy. Williamsport certainly is not how it was when I was growing up, said Morgret, a Pennsylvania College of Technology graduate who has spent his entire life in the construction business. It scares me to death. You just dont know where youre going to be when it (violence) is going to happen. Today, it seems they are shooting someone just for the sake of shooting them, he added.
