Strength is deffo coming back! 2nd chest session of the week. Absolutely loving my training and nutrition. Getting ace results with both myself and my clients :D Right so.... Heres what the set looked like! 2 warm up sets 20 × 40 kg 1 working set 10 × 80 kg 1 max rep 160 kg drop set to 10 × 80 kg (paused reps) Getting in your one rep max is a great way to add strength & create muscle growth. You recruit every fibre of that muscle and causes more micro tears in the muscle tissue resulting in added strength and size! (hypertrophy) All in all it was a good chest session with Andy Jones! Went on to smash arms after too! #justlift
