Stress Control : 1-Take 40 deep slow diaphragmatic breaths each day.2- Use regular ralaxation periods for work breaks.Try to twenty munite periods undisturbed time away from phone and computer.3- Get regular exercise such as walkinf,jogging,biking ,etc.4- Eat sesibly,avoid Caffeine cause Caffeine is like throwing Gasoline on a fire to put it out.5- Get focused on new directions and regular planing.Give yourself positive options if u feel trapped.Plan growth in all aspects of your life,not just work and finance but other important stuff like family,spiritual interests,creativity,vacation,hobbies,etc. 6- Use and develop your sense of humour,smiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiile and lauuuuuuuuuuugh,7- I know that all of us know alll these things and we find difficulties to do it but I want just to remind you, give your life another taste.
