Stress ,anxiety and tensions are internal things resulted from incompleteness or unaccomplishment of motives. It matters not whether you accomplish or not....but dont let them invade you. These are no doubt inevitable but by looking alternatives we can overcome them to some extent. Repress your departed moments of embarrassment and it will help you protect from painful thoughts . Being compensatory with one self help us relieve anxiety and frustrations. If you want to defeat someone in best way, be over nice to them...
