****** Strike Action Fire Cover ******* During the current period of industrial action that is taking place between the FBU and the employers, the board of directors made a clear and firm stance that we would not under undertake any contracts with local authorities that would undermine the position of the FBU or its memebers. That was our intimal stance, and remains the position of the Company today. EFS is, and remains, totally committed to being a political void, where we absolutely respect the individual rights to support the on-going action by the FBU, and also absolutely respect those individuals that choose to continue to work. Our contracts with other organisations continue as normal and our focus remains on providing a first class professional service, on an on-going and continuous basis. We are also as a company very sorry if this statement does concur with the last rumours that you may of heard, however, if your still in the slightest doubt about EFS and its position during these difficult times then please free to contact any of directors in person.
