Structural Engineer (2 Contract Positions) Opens for MALAYSIAN candidates only. Company located in KLCC and basic monthly salary is based on experience. Preference will be given to those who can join IMMEDIATELY DESCRIPTION: • Oversee and review all aspects of structural design for offshore structures continuing through procurement, fabrication, site installation and start up. • Review and approve the contractor’s designs, calculations and requisitions. • Interface with other disciplines as necessary for a coordinated design effort. QUALIFICATION: • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University (minimum qualification). SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Minimum 15 years for Senior Level and minimum 5 years for Junior Level. • Responsible for offshore structural engineering experience encompassing platform, jacket, pile and topsides design and offshore installation experience (PSC, RSC or EPC contractors would be preferred). • Knowledgeable with AISC, DNV, API and other applicable industry codes, PTS beneficial. • Working knowledge of structural design software and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Used to SACS software. • Ability to obtain BOSSET training and travel offshore (BOSSET certificate holder is PRIORITY).
