Struggling to feel good about your body? Many of us have struggled with weight for years going from one fad diet to the next only to gain all of the weight back. One solution for me has been the use of affirmations to change my thinking about how I feel about myself and my body which has in turn helped me to lose weight and keep it off. An additional tool I have learned in recent years has been Tapping or EFT to combine with my mirror work and affirmations to help even further in feeling better about myself and relieve stress.
