Struggling to lose weight and already exercising? Its the food folks... I just had a lady come to me that has been working out 3x week with weights and cardio and after several months has not made any progress. I was blunt and said, while the fitness industry likes to keep pushing exercise, if youve already added it in, its the food. If youre stalled, while certain meds or medical conditions can hinder weight loss, turn to the diet for answers. Its not always pretty, and takes being honest with oneself. But, to reach your goals, it begins by being honest with yourself.
