Struggling with my oil story today. The oil leaves me ready for bed by around 10pm and my festival work needed me to stay awake all night last night and til 2am tomorrow night. I stopped taking the oil to enable me to do the night shift but that led to feelings of concern that I could undo what I have done over the last three weeks+...and Ill have to do the same tomorrow in order to stay awake til 2am. I love my festival work but the dilemma around stopping?/carrying on? seems to be compounding my usual eating-difficulties. I have two more festivals after this one...not sure its fair of me to do them...feeling very Libran today...
