Stuart Murray, 2010, England: Maybe it is time to give peacemaking initiatives a chance to demonstrate what they can achieve. Embracing alternatives to conventional wisdom will require courage, imagination, and persistence. Deeply embedded in our culture is what Walter Wink calls the myth of redemptive violence.
