Student Council (STUCO) leaders initiated a character-revealing program this school year. Each weekday focuses on giving “Random Acts of Kindness (RAK),” with a love-language: Monday is touch; Tuesday, affirming words; Wednesday, quality time; Thursday, acts of service; Friday, gifts. “Students realized that our Thai word, “rak,” or “love,” could transform into the acronym RAK. We hope everyone’s involved, reaching outside their ‘circle,’ doing RAK for all students and staff, “faculty advisor Scott Hackett said.
